We are thrilled to welcome all parents and their young historians to THE BRAT BRIGADE! Whether your child is a traditional student, a homeschool learner, or part of a military family, our mission is to provide an engaging and enriching educational experience that fosters a deep appreciation for military history. Important Information for Parents About Enrolling in THE BRAT BRIGADE Courses
1. Course Structure and Duration: Our courses are designed for different age groups and are available in various formats. Extended Exploration courses last 4, 6, or 8 weeks, while our Rapid Recon programs offer a focused 7-day experience.
2. Age Appropriateness: Each program—Crew (ages 6-10), Midshipmen (ages 11-13), and Officer (ages 14-17)—is tailored to provide age-appropriate content that challenges students according to their learning levels.
3. Interactive Learning: Our courses incorporate interactive and engaging activities that promote hands-on learning, ensuring students are actively involved in their education. Expect storytelling, projects, discussions, and creative assignments that make history come alive!
4. Parental Involvement: Parents can help by encouraging their children to explore additional resources, discussing course topics at home, and providing a supportive learning environment. Participation in projects or activities together can enhance the experience.
5. Access and Flexibility: All courses are fully online allowing students to progress according to their individual learning needs. This flexibility helps accommodate varying schedules and promotes self-directed learning.
